I ordered flowers for a patient at Mercy. The flower were delivered within a couple hours of my call and were gorgeous. I would definitely use Wick's again.
I sent a dozen multi-colored roses to my girlfriend for our second anniversary together. They also added anniversary balloons, a box of chocolates and the flowers wereplaced in a beautiful ceramic vase with two red roses together in the middle. My girlfriend was so impressed with this I can't say enough about how great Wicks customer service is. A few weeks ago I wanted to send flowers to my cousin but I didn't know who to order them from because I'm not familiar with the area. I went on-line and came across Wick's so I ordered them. My cousin couldn't stop telling me how beautiful the flowers were and how they brightened up her day. She also said Wick's was the best in the area. Thanks Wick's and thanks to the rep I spoke with that morning.
Wicks did the flowers for my wedding. They were amazing. Stephanie, my floral assistant knew her stuff and was so easy to work with. They are very professional and efficient...I never had to spend more than 30 minutes during our consults. Their prices are very reasonable and they can make your money go a long way.
It's never easy when the unfavorable unexpected happens. Wick's Florist & Greenhouse helped us show our condolences to a fellow coworker when a family member passed away. i was embarrassed by what was delivered compared to what i picked out and they didn't try to accommodate me my only option was to pick up the dissatisfied arrangement which was already delivered to be replaced which was even more embarrassing i would never use wicks again
Inconsiderate and unprofessional experience. I called ahead prior to arriving to request roses, and they confirmed availability and told me to drive in. I traveled a significant distance, only to arrive and find that the item had already been sold. There was no regard for the inconvenience caused, nor was any apology offered. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.
ordered flowers for Valentine's Day. had them delivered on Monday by Thursday half the flowers were dead. I called and was told flowers only last 1 week. no apology or compensation offered. next time I go to Trader Joe's as their flowers last so much longer for 1/4 the price.
Although the bouquets are always elegant, customer service is poor. Fiancé called yesterday to have flower date changed due to inclement weather, Jennifer said they would be delivered on Thursday as per my fiancés request, but were delivered today to a location I wouldn't be at lol. Apparently he was rushed off the phone, and proper information wasn't provided.
