Wish we had more family friendly owners like this throughout LI. Picked up a mini Weber grill keepsake vase from the store and the young lady Jeanine and a fine gentleman that helped were a pleasure to deal with. Such friendly customer service even over the telephone. Will shop again

My wedding was July 3, 2014. Wicks is my local florist and I was hesitant to use them for my wedding because I didn't know if they could deliver 'wedding- grade' flowers but I was very impressed. I had been to 3 other florists that were all recommended by my wedding venue. Wicks gave me the same type of contract for over $1,000 less than the lowest quote I had received. I used wicks for my wedding on May 17th. I worked with Stephanie. She was a huge help and extremely sweet! Wicks florist is very accommodating and affordable! Stephanie made sure I had everything I needed for the big day, she's very knowledgable and even let me make last minute changes without question. I would highly recommend wicks!

This is not my local florist but it is located near the home of my relatives. I have shopped here on numerous occasions. Each time that I have, I must say that I've been pleased with the service that I received. The staff is prompt on asking you for help and taking your order. I think their prices are pretty fair and they offer a variety of arrangements. What I liked most about them is that they are personable and remember families who order and come in from time to time. Recently ordered flowers for my Mom's birthday. The quality and presentation was beautiful. They even included a birthday balloon without me asking and did not charge me. I will onlly use Wicks!!!!!

We used Wicks for our wedding centerpieces because they were recommended by a friend. We met with Stefanie and she added and took away flowers for a mock centerpiece and we were hoping that all would go well on the day of our wedding. I cannot tell you how many compliments we got about our flowers! They were stunning!!!!!! I called Wick's to have an arrangement sent to a very special friend upon her grandmothers passing. Checked with yelp for the highest rated florist around my area and Wicks came up. I needed two bouquets for a special occasion and they really helped me out. I didn't just want a supermarket ready bouquet but something nicer. Gentleman who helped me was the assistant manager and explained how some of the beautiful roses they sell are imported from Holland.
