WOW!!! Paul is so kind, helpful, professional, polite and patient! I needed to send something from way out here on the West Coast to NY. Even though I missed the deliveries for the day, he found a driver and would not let him leave the shop until I placed my order. He took care with all the details and had an orchid at my friend's front door same day!!! My large extended family & I have used Wick's for years and have always been pleased. Even though we moved out of NY in 1983, we still call Wick's when we need something delivered in NY. The afternoon before yesterday I asked for a bouquet to be sent to Lenox Hill Hospital in NYC. They assured me they would choose a quality florist in the hospital's area that had excellent reviews. This florist is the best. Their arrangements are always fresh and beautiful. They're always kind and appreciate the business and have a great selection. I order flower deliveries for my family for special occasions here and consistently for the past 8 years they've always been great and showed up on time. Also the pricing is very reasonable! I have been a customer of Wicks for many years for both professional and personal orders. The flowers are fresh and the arrangements are excellent. And the prices are quite reasonable. A dozen yellow roses purchased recently lasted a month by just changing the water and adding their powder preservative. I purchased another dozen as a gift with confidence. The owner and staff are cordial and accommodating. Thank you Wicks for being one of our exceptional merchants in Baldwin.

I stopped in for a bouquet of flowers for my sister/friend's birthday..I was soooo surprised to find a beautiful bouquet in a vase for less than $50 that looked like it was made for me. The owner said he just made it !!!.... I think he knew I was coming..lolll... thank you..

I have been using Wick's Florist for almost 25 years. My immediate family still lives in Baldwin and around Long Island, but I now live in North Carolina. Whether the occasion was for birthdays, grief, special occasions, or 'Just Because'--I have NEVER been dissatisfied with their service. Disappointing. Based on the Yelp reviews I placed an order, but it didnt turn out very well. The order, which was written on the receipt, was not what was delivered and the flowers were oddly arranged. Seemed more like a bunch of flowers in a vase than an arrangement. In short, my wife and I were embarrassed to see the flowers that we sent to a friend. The manager was reasonable when I called to discuss the situation and we worked out a reasonable solution.
