On Valentine's Day I had an ordered scheduled to go out...she never received the flowers on the 14th (Valentine's day)! I call the following day to complain, they asked did I still want to send them out?!!!!! It's after Valentine's Day! They didn't try to accommodate me at the least...only refunding my money ! Terrible business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's an o.k. arrangement but not like what I ordered. Where does the bright yellow flowers fit in?
Very dissatisfied with the flowers I ordered as a gift. Was not the product I ordered. Florist used cheap filler flowers such baby breath, berries and carnations. Customer service I received from store manager was argumentive and unprofessional. I would not order flowers from this florist ever again!
Ordered a small plant and balloon for friend in hospital. Requested a "joke" balloon to lighten his spirits. Owner was aware of this. Delivery to local hospital made. Delivery man made decision that must be wrong balloon. Said he'd come back with another. Never did. Called owner back. Said my friend stated "get this balloon out of here". Spoke to my friend. I this establishment is extremely unprofessional. Do not waste your time if you are looking for quality service. The employees are nasty and "don't have the time" to discuss with you your purchase. Will not spend a penny here.
My wife and I ordered flowers from this florist for a few years. Heck, we used this florist for our wedding, and it was a pretty big wedding. I don't know, but, every time I go in this florist to buy flowers or plants, the people there are so bitter and rude. There's no need for that. I don't get it, and it's all of them. I ordered 2 bouquets, one was OK and the other was nothing like the example on their website. They used substitute flowers, and even though they charged me a lesser price, the arrangement was still not worth the price. The substitute flowers were not even flowers, but more like foliage. When I called them to complain, the person I spoke with had poor customer service skills, and didn't really give a damn! Which shocked me, especially as it is a family owned business. HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!! We had a death in the family and we ordered the flowers from Wicks. FIRST of all they were LATE and came in the middle of the viewing. When I asked why they were late they said they ha to wait until the roses came in that morning. Secondly the order was 100% WRONG!!! When I called to ask about it (5 minutes after I received the order) the woman who answered the phone was PAST RUDE AND HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME.
