I ordered flowers from Westerville Florist for my mother's memorial service at a local church. I placed the order several weeks before the service and the florist called me a few days before to confirm my order and delivery instructions. The flowers were delivered right on time to the church and they were perfect! Great service and beautiful arrangements.

I had them send flowers to few of my girlfriends on her birthday and they was on time! What up with the bad rap? I think its TIME to call all the BIG & NASTY Yellow Jackets to STING those people to death being RUDE!

A friends father pasted away we ordered a beautiful arrangement from their website, had them deliver it to the funeral home. When we went to the viewing the arrangement was CHEAP & SMALL, nothing like the photo or the price I paid for. I called to complain to the manger, she did not apologize and they gave a us a $10 refund for an arrangement that was $70. I will never go to this florist again they are cheap, you don't get what you ordered and I would rather give my business to someone who puts pride in they product!

Arrangement that arrived was very small...I had upgraded to the deluxe size....Mylar balloon was missing... when I ask about it... I was told it had floated to the ceiling. FTD chose the florist.... I would've never chose this florist.... they have a three star rating....Based on the arrangement I received I see why !!!

I ordered online one of the FTD flower arrangements to be delivered to my sister-in-law for her birthday. Since I live out of state, couldn't do it myself and wanted it to be really nice, I upgraded to the 'deluxe' version--what she got was pitiful--it wasn't even the 'standard' version of the arrangement. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!! I ordered a BEAUTIFUL bouquet for my mom for her birthday and what she got was TRASH. When I talked to the shop about it, they were very rude and terrible to work with. They are now not responding to me and they are doing nothing to make it right. Next stop is to file a complaint with the BBB.

Friend ordered flowers for a thank you and wanted them delivered on a Saturday, they arrived at my home and did not leave the flowers. called later to ask when I would be home and said by 2:00 pm, but that was too late for them to deliver. Would have to deliver on Monday, I called Monday and ask for a window time and requested fresh flowers ( not from Sat), he said in a few hours they would arrive. I would not recommend ordering flowers from Westerville Florist's website. I spent around $45 total on a flower arrangement and what I received looks drastically different than the photo on their website. When I called to say that the arrangement didn't look like the one I purchased, I was told that this particular arrangement's photo was "deceptive." That seems to speak for itself. I'd recommend using another florist who accurately represents their flowers. Not worth the $45.

Unhappy Customer. The flowers that arrived were minimal in size and not how the male employee described over the phone. I paid 66% over the minimum size order. When I called to complain and stated it was a small arrangement he asked "compared to what". Although absolutely no solution was offered I did manage to drag an apology out of him. I will go elsewhere next time. Just saying.
