I couldn't be any happier! I discovered Westerville Florist at a Westerville Area Chamber event in January and I was so excited to have the opportunity to check them out as a customer. Si went over and above to help me for an out of town funeral. I asked her if it would be possible to send a photo of the completed arrangement and she obliged without hesitation! Not only that, they didn't have every flower for the arrangement I picked out, so she walked through all of my options to make sure I was ok with them before we committed. Beautiful flowers and arrangement for Mother's Day roses. Wife absolutely loved it. Delivered on time in great condition.
I went in to get a Thanksgiving centerpiece they made me one which was quite spectacular. The price was right and my family loved it. Went in and saw something like the one I ultimately purchased and just ask them to make 1 like that but with more volume. Love the final result. And most importantly, my mother, now 89, said its a very beautiful centerpiece. I've called on Westerville Florist for the past 2 or 3 years to create & deliver a Thanksgiving arrangement to someone I appreciate greatly. In each instance, I've found them to be friendly, helpful, and accommodating (even agreeing to call the recipient to schedule the delivery date, since I was unsure of the recipient's holiday plans/availability.) Oh, and the floral arrangements were lovely. Lol. I would recommend them without equivocation.
Stunning roses that are each 5"+wide! They were delivered for my anniversary and 1 week later now, they look just as beautiful and fresh as the day I got them! Absolutely love this florist and highly recommend!
I called this morning asking if they could deliver flowers to my daughter in the area. I wanted something purple and they came through. The flowers are lovely, they were delivered within a couple of hours and they even managed to come up with a purple vase! It was perfect.
They were awesome. Busy but still took the time to make me feel like a priority. I had some last minute needs and they took care of me without hesitation. Based on the quality and service I'll go out of my way to support this local business. Thank you!!
