This place is awful! I would highly recommend going anywhere else. I ordered flowers for a funeral and they were sent to the incorrect address (my billing address instead of recipient address). They didn't apologize and refused to send them to the correct address. Once I got to where they were they incorrectly delivered the flowers, I realize they were nothing compared to the advertising picture they promised (see pictures for details). Ordered an arrangement for my sister's funeral yesterday. I was horrified. The flowers were almost dead--on the very last, and I mean last leg. Then to top it off, I traveled from another state to attend the funeral and happen to be driving up at the church when the florist was making the delivery. Granted, the church was locked. The florist deliveryman from hell, was just going to leave the arrangement outside the church's front main entrance, visible to passing motorist on a busy thoroughfare. Can't tell you how disappointed I am with VGF. They did flowers for both my mother and father's funeral's and the family was pleased. I now live in Atlanta and at Christmas wanted a grave blanket placed on their grave. The charge was a little over $200 which was fine. Since I was not going to be able to see the finished blanket, I requested a picture to be e- mailed to me. I was told that would be no problem. After 3 phone calls I have received nothing. My wife and I were a little disappointed in the arrangement. Ordered the "Arrive in Style" but it arrived a little sad. By the 2nd day most of the flowers were drooping and looked ready to die. This is what $72 (including delivery) will get you.

Not like the photo. Was supposed to arrive with a single color of tulip, but instead came with 2 different ones, with colored edges. This looked terrible against the red roses. Very unhappy with this bouquet.

I really don't think this deserves a 1.....I'm very disappointed with the arrangement. I thanked my husband because the thought was amazing however when I say I will NEVER recommend or make another purchase from this place that is a guarantee. My co-workers can see what a $150+ flower arrangement looks like from this place. Its sad and there were only a few flowers in the premium arrangement. WHEN I SAY NEVER I DO MEAN NEVER AGAIN.........

horrific! the employee by the name of ben is very rude...a liar and completely ruined an 80th bday! said he can deliver a flower arrangement with birds of paradise and takes the order then turns around and refuses an order saying its too late and when I called him back says..."OH MY MISTAKE" and refuses to allow to speak to any manager. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!DONT USE THIS SHOP!!!!!!!!!!

All the good reviews must have created an superiority complex. Ordered a specific arrangement, confirmed by the man I talked to. Took the order, confirmed the delivery, simple right? Wrong! Valentines order to be delivered to wife while at work. These geniuses called her 4 days prior to delivery to let her know they hand a delivery for her later in the week. Village Greenery & Flowers I Hated it I called to order a bouquet of flowers from Village Greenery and Flowers at 2301 University Blvd this am for a friend. On the advice of the owner Darryl I agreed to get something "DRAMATIC". For what came out to be about a hundred bucks I got a picture from my friend of her with the horrible arrangement.
