I love having flowers around our house. Usually I get them from the grocery store with the rest of my shopping, but lately I've been thinking it would be nice to have a relationship with a local place. I have to give these guys four stars because they were able to get my flower arrangement in just under the wire . It was 2:30pm the day before Thanksgiving and these guys were able put together & send my flower arrangement to my brother-in-law's father. When I called them to ask if I could order a specific arrangement and have it sent that day I really didn't expect that they would be able to do it, (I had called three other places just before I called these guys and they all said "sorry it is too late for a delivery to th... read more

These guys delivered the best flowers I have ever sent anyone! I called the order in, and they weren't sure if they'd have the flowers in time (for the selection I wanted) for delivery, but they came in and they were gorgeous. Please see my pic. They are better looking each day, as new flowers are opening.

I've used this shop for the past 4 years. An ex bought flowers for me from here and they were the freshest flowers I've ever received via delivery. This past weekend I placed two delivery orders that were wired to other shops that delivered something other than what I ordered. Richard, an employee, quickly rectified everything and a second set of flowers were sent out as a replacement. This was the only not so good experience I have had with this place, but the quickness with which is was dealt with cancels that out.

I love flowers and try to have fresh flowers whenever possible. Until now, I was under the impression that cutting the stems to fit a vase was a sophisticated arrangement :) The designers at the Village Greenery and Flowers did a little more than that and prove me wrong. With the bare necessities in terms of information, they managed to create a beautiful arrangement. My experience with them was just wonderful. It is a little on the expensive side but for special occasions definitely worth shelling out on.

Ms. Roseann Dixon just wowed me with her Customer Service.....she was so funny on the phone and helped me through my order for a Funeral Spray.....she even helped me with the wording of the card and the selection of flowers to place in the spray!!! Because I work overseas, I asked her if I could receive a photo once the arrangement is complete for delivery...she took my email and guaranteed I would receive it Friday before the arrangement goes out!!! I called from out of town and requested a beautiful arrangement for my sister's 50th birthday. My specifications were "no old lady flowers" and "no roundy-moundy arrangement" - and they delivered perfectly. On top of that the customer service over the phone was great - they were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for helping to make my sister's day extra special.

I ordered Hydrangeas for my sister's Bridal Shower. The Bridal Shower was on Sunday and I picked up the flowers on Saturday. The lady that was helping me was really really nice. She took her time and picked out the best Hydrangeas for me. They gave me a vase with the flowers and told me to refrigerate them overnight and the flowers will be fine. FALSE. 3 of the flowers died. Holy Wow! I have ordered dozens (and that's a moderate estimate) of arrangements from Village Greenery & Flowers for work. The only time I was disappointed was when I was very vague and too busy to give a clear picture of my vison...MY BAD! But everytime I have given specific visions, what to use/not use, the mood I am going for...they have NAILED IT! Seriously they are amazing! Here is a tip though, if you are getting flowers delivered...WATER THEM! Of course they wont fill the vases with water to have it splashing aroun... read more
