Incredibly kind and thoughtful customer service. When my father died, they brought flowers from a name we didn't recognize. When we asked for help identifying the senders, the folks at Village took the time to track down where the (online) shipment originated -- it took going through two flower shops and a web site to identify it -- and retrieved an address for us.

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever gotten, darrell was flat out rude and was constantly arguing and disagreeing with me, the customer, who is paying 100$ for a bouquet. They have no regard for my time or my interests, completely disregarded the photo I sent them and made whatever they wanted to. The Second time going back they did it in a rush to get rid of me and it came out even worse. Normally I order from a major national flower vendor but decided to give Village Greenery a try for some sympathy flowers for a coworker. After placing the order I called the florist on the day of delivery to confirm delivery but they had difficulty finding the order. Finally, i was told the order was out for delivery. I ordered an extra large flower arrangement for $280.00. I received a 6 inch vase with the highest flowers less than 18 inches in the air. The website says the picture is a large for reference and I received something smaller for more money. When I asked for a refund the make up the difference they said there was nothing they can do. You're much better off going to HEB or Central Market and getting a better display for a fraction of the cost.

I have used this florist for many many years and have always been very happy. this experience was not that way! my daughters wedding bouquet was not at all what we expected. there was no blue in it as requested and it had lots of what looked like weeds In it ( supposedly a texas themed attempt) the worst part of all was that the owner was not the least bit very apologetic and was rude to me on the phone. he argued with me and was very unpleasant. Flowers were delivered to our house this morning...beautiful arrangement! However, the delivery person was not very professional. Dressed rather scruffy and had a distinct odor of marijuana about him. Called the shop to advise, but was put on hold and then was disconnected. I guess they don't care.

Their delivery trucks and employee vehicles block the pedestrian sidewalk on a very busy street, forcing pedestrians to walk on the street on Greenbriar near the University intersection. Very dangerous. I live in this neighborhood and really like to support local businesses but this is something they have to address.

Don't waste your time nor money here. The arrangement was completely different than what I ordered. I ordered at 6am online and it was delivered at 4pm barely reaching my person. I had to contact them numerous times to make sure it was going to be delivered.

Nice customer service, but that doesn't take away the fact that the arrangement I chose looked nothing like the photo and was absolutely horrible. The person I gave it to even said it was ugly lol. Very disappointed.
