I love the bouquet and the recipient loved them too. However, the delivery was scheduled for the day before her birthday - which is 11 days from now. The flowers will be spent by the time her birthday gets here. Usually they do fantastic - but this time I'm disappointed.
The order process was easy on the Teleflora website, and they received a good review from a NY Times story when I researched florists. The arrangement options looked beautiful, so fingers crossed.
The website was very easy to navigate in the process of making my selection and completing my order. I was also pleased with the wide variety of products that were available.
I have used Teleflora for years, and I have never had any issues. At a time early in life, I was a florist. I know that things can get rather hectic when processing orders and keeping customers satisfied, but it has been easy working with Teleflora. I sometimes wish that the discount opportunities were more consistent. That's a small issue for me, though. The product has to be perfect as I can't see the end result.
Quick and easy process. It was easy to locate exactly what I wanted and the checkout process was easy.
I found the site confusing and was not able to review the address information before submitting the order.
I thought the floral selections were amazing (I was looking for adequate sympathy bouquets), and the prices were excellent and competitively priced better than several other online florists I perused. I can only hope and pray that the actual bouquet that is delivered will look as beautiful as the photo portrayed it. Thank you for excellent service in this time of my family's sorrow.
Bride-to-be came down with Covid two weeks before her wedding. The extraordinary bouquet flowers were a get well reminder that she is still a beautiful bride! Thank you!
Very pleased that I ordered in the morning and it was delivered in the afternoon! I havent heard from the recipient yet, but it was an adorable, unicorn, rainbow, flower arrangement for a beautiful rainbow unicorn girl! ??
