Website is easy and quality of flowers excellent. Never had any problems.
The overall ease of the site was great but the multiple follow up surveys and requests are a bit much.
A bit frustrated, i redeemed reward points and was not able to use it site kept saying code was invalid both on a desktop and cell phone, tried live chat they confirmed code was good but could not make it work, so ended up using a different promo code for less savings that i could have gotten with the other code.
