I thought the floral selections were amazing (I was looking for adequate sympathy bouquets), and the prices were excellent and competitively priced better than several other online florists I perused. I can only hope and pray that the actual bouquet that is delivered will look as beautiful as the photo portrayed it. Thank you for excellent service in this time of my family's sorrow.

Order somehow got messed up but customer service was easy to contact and quick to respond and adjust the order accordingly.

I chose Teleflora because my orders have been consistent. I've used other discounted florist websites and the flowers that I order once they're delivered look NOTHING like the flowers I ordered. One was so bad with dead flowers that they had to refund me my money. Also, I appreciate the notifications to let me know that they've been delivered.
