The flowers arrived ON THE WRONG DAY!! They actually arrived a day early which is better than it arriving late but it's was for the receivers BIRTHDAY! Im currently away on a trip too so i had to ask a relative to grab the box and hide it from the receiver. I wished they followed my request and delivered it the day I scheduled it for. I was fully expecting fresh flowers for the day of. Now im not sure if they will still be fresh overnight. The person i asked to hide it is keeping it in the basement. The ordering process was great. I made a mistake on the address (noticed it when I got the confirmation email) so I called customer service. I was treated so kindly and my issue was fixed very quickly. The flowers arrived a few hours later and were just beautiful. I will continue using Teleflora as my main source. I have used 1800flowers for years but often have issues. THANK YOU
a bit of a frustrating experience. It first started with a reward redemption code. I redeemed points for $ off my order. For whatever reason the website was not taking it. After reaching out to customer service they were able to rectify it. I then received word the very next day that the recipient received the flowers... I double checked my order confirmation and they were not suppose to be delivered for another week. Beautiful flowers but it sounds like there are some operational issues that need to be worked out.
