I have used Teleflora for many years and have never had an issue that was not immediately addressed. Flowers are always on time and beautiful. They look like the picture, unlike other companies I have tried.
The website is a little glitchy, had problems getting my order in and then the order didnt show up right away. You need more tracking updates, it sat on florist has order for so long I was getting worried. It would have been nice to know the arrangement was complete or out for delivery. I have been using Teleflora for years and no disappointment yet. Quality of arrangements is fabulous even if substitutions have to be made. Deliveries have always been timely. Teleflora iss my go to
I have used this customer before and have been happy (except for one time). One time the flowers were much smaller than indicated and a little wilted. Trying them again to give them another chance. I just ordered a sympathy basket to be delivered to a home in **. Also, a birthday bouquet in a vase. I hope they will provide a great product to be delivered April 4th. The second one is to be delivered in **. More info to follow based on these newest orders.
