I have never been disappointed with either the flowers that were delivered or the time frame. Maybe some of the problems are the florists they contract with. I have dealt with other sites in the past, have not received the vase I ordered, or flowers were not what I ordered, this has not been the case here. The only issue I have is how to redeem earned points, no matter what the site says to cut and paste, it doesn't work, should have points available at checkout.

I have been using teleflora for many years now for ordering flowers for my wife and other occasions. It has been nice to not have to go to a flower shop and do it online. It also allows for delivery and surprises of the occasion. Will continue to order from here.
Nice selection of flowers at reasonable prices, but service fee is too high and a surprise during checkout. Hard to figure out where to use promo code.
