I wanted to surprise my daughter flying in from ******* on the 4th of July so I ordered a bouquet and I asked for fresh peonies and white hydrangeas, her favorites and they delivered something beautiful. The flowers lasted a good week and looked lovely on the airport pickup stand she shared. My only small gripe is the delivery was about 30 minutes late, which had me a bit worried.

Instead of the basket of plants I ordered for a funeral, my family received sprigs of a plant and cut flowers stuck into green florist foam. I wanted to give each of my cousins a plant to remind them of their mother, so this was not satisfactory. Initially, Teleflora offered me a 25% refund and 25% future discount. When I spoke with a supervisor, I received the full refund I wanted and an apology. They had received a complaint about the local florist previously. ordered a floral spray online from Toronto to be delivered to a funeral home in Quebec. It arrived on time and was apparently big and beautiful but I was mistakenly informed a few days later that it didn't arrive. I contacted Teleflora and they handled the whole misunderstanding very well. The phone representatives I spoke with were all professional and pleased to assist me. I'm very pleased with this experience.

I used Teleflora for 2 different deliveries! I absolutely LOVE the fact that I could order the arrangements the day before and they were arranged and delivered by local florists in a timely fashion! I also LOVE the fact that I was able to use my Fingerhut Fetti account to pay for them! Took the time to find a purple pot and green plant, and recipient received a pink pot and pink plant. She likes it but was supposed to be purple for a reason.

My order has not been fulfilled yet but I chose this company because they had what I was looking to send.
I ordered sympathy bouquet for my beloved Aunt from TELEFLORA, I have used them several times and delivery and cost seemed and ease of website seemed good. I received a thank you in a couple of days from my younger cousin who texted with a pic of bouquet, and to my surprise it wasnt what I ordered not even a little bit. I called customer service immediately and got what I considered to be something that the *** was quite used to saying, they are sorry and will refund 25% of purchase and give credit for 25% off next purchase.... read more
