I called early Saturday morning, Laura picked up the phone. She was amazing at helping me get something figured out for my girlfriend. She explained everything perfectly. When you shop at these places, they're usually not cheap anyway. The price was just right. I Will definitely be coming back!
IF someone were considering getting me a gift, I would nonchalantly note that Sturtz & Copeland would be my number one choice. Joking. Not really. S&C is my one stop location for all sorts of plant spirits and living decor. Not only do they take very good care of their plants (so you can bring home a healthy one) but they have a wealth of knowledge spread between staff members. Generally, I develop a broad idea of what I'm looking for, then go in and talk some ears off for a while - and they're happy to do it.
I am so impressed with the quality and quantity of beautiful and unique flowers that Heidi arranged for my wedding. I'm an out-of-towner, and Sturtz & Copeland was a preferred vendor of my venue. After working with them from afar, I completely understand why. I worked with Heidi, and we had one phone call and exchanged a couple of Pinterest photos. Heidi did an amazing job making the most beautiful floral arrangements and bouquets for our wedding. We did not know anything about floral arrangements going into the first consultation, she answered all our questions and offered many ideas for us to choose from. The venue looked amazing after she was done with it!
They did an excellent job providing flowers for our wedding. To coin a phrase, they went above and beyond the call of duty. We got 2 French gardens (large pots with mixture of flowers), a flower garland, a very colorful bridal bouquet, a flower head wreath for the flower girl, rose petals, and 15 potted flowers for centerpieces. Every time I have been here, I was met with good service and friendly advice. I spoke to some about orchids, and he was friendly, informative and personable. I have yet to encounter this scary lady, but from the sound of it, I hope I never do.
Awesome garden center with beautiful inventory. We love coming here every few months to feed our love of plants. Trevor is awesome and always helps us learn new ways to care for our plants and even helped revive a few that we thought were going to die. We will definitely bring all of our business here.
Sturtz and Copeland is a magical Disneyland for a five-year-old. My grandson and I went in to find out how to repot his little cactus. Trevor took over. He was so wonderful explaining what it needs, what it grows in, what the roots feel like, how to care for it. He let my grandson participate in each step of the process of re-potting, so now the cactus is his friend. And so is Trevor. Trevor is THE MAN. He had all the knowledge my girlfriend and I needed to make our window sill succulent potted garden dreams come true. Even though we came across Trevor's path close to closing time he helped up repot our succulent babies and gave us all the information we need to keep them happy. Great guy, good to talk to, happy we found him, his plant wisdom, and his willingness to help a couple of clueless girls looking for some greenery in their lives. You're the best, man!
