Was very impressed my first time in. Greeted right away, very friendly and professional. They took the time to listen to my needs, and were very accommodating to make sure I could get what I wanted, within a given budget! Very excited to be doing business with them!
Writing my first review because Sturtz and Copeland is pretty awesome. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we needed flowers and we needed them quick. Without hesitation, the entire staff (including the lovely owner, Carol) jumped into action. Despite the short amount of time they had to put together our complicated request, they went above and beyond to make our already great day a perfect day. All of the staff I talked to here were excellent. I needed some filler greens for paper flower arrangements I made for my wedding, and they were very helpful in showing me what they had and could get, and also explaining how long the different varieties would last. They helped me figure out about how much I would need and I ordered ahead and just went to pick up a couple days before the wedding. It couldn't have been easier, and I am super happy with what I ended up with!
The wildflower bouquet I sent to a friend is breathtaking! Customer service was great and the delivery was timely! I will definitely order from Sturtz & Copeland again. Thank you!
Susan and Trevor were so helpful and knowledgeable. Not only did they help me find a perfect plant for my home, but the repotting and delivery of the plant was a flawless process. I will definitely be back for any and all of my garden/floral needs. Thank you so much!
I just love this place. It's big and has a lot of working parts but the women (and few men) working there will always make time for you if you ask. They are the *only* place I go for orchids, and Sharon will make orchid art for you with sticks or branches and moss in a modern and stylish pot. Any time I have a photo shoot or need something special for my client's spaces or my own home, they never disappoint.
A friend and I went here to get a gift for a friend of ours who just lost a loved one. We asked for some advice--gave the woman the occasion, the price point, and what type of plant we wanted (indoors). She didn't just make suggestions, she actually showed us our options, helped us pick out a pot when we made our selection (even drilled a hole in the bottom of the pot since it didn't have one), and put a complimentary white bow on it as well. They really are the best in Boulder. I know 0% about plants. But every year, I try to do one small ceramic planter, and today, Lynn was very helpful. Told me exactly what to buy and how to plant. They're awesome!
We bought our wedding flowers from Sturtz & Copeland and they were absolutely beautiful. Staff was very helpful and created a spectacular bouquet! Very happy with our decision.
