They did an AMAZING job on the flowers I ordered for a retirement party I threw at the Montage in Beverly Hills. I didn't really know what I wanted, so I sent over a few pictures and gave them the colors the celebrant wanted, and VOILA - the prettiest most perfect arrangement ever. Kreestol was VERY easy to talk to & their designer did a FANTASTIC job. I can't recommend this place enough... I wish I had a better budget for my wedding flowers!
Worst experience ever. I placed an order to send flowers for a family member to celebrate her birthday. I requested a specific delivery date and instead I received a message saying that the flowers had been delivered on the date on which I placed my order, and that my credit card had been charged for the flowers and the delivery. This the very first time I wrote a review on yelp. Sadly, a very poor one. We had our assistant get flowers from SA and when they arrived to our home, we thought there must be a mistake. Re: $200+ for literally 20 average looking flowers wrapped in plastic ... ? Ridiculous! My wife called inquiring; "This must be a mistake." She was shocked (and livid) then they told her it was not a mistake, because their flowers are very special. OMG! :(

DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM HERE I ordered a special arrangement for my family friends birthday and the reason I chose to order from this place was because they had lovely marble vases featured on there website. I ordered 50 tulips and specified I wanted it with a MARBLE vase. They sent it a glass vase! Go figure! The lady on the phone was so hostile and couldn't help rectify the situation. This place is not professional at all and can't follow simple instructions. Spare yourself and order from somewhere else.
I had a terrible experience ordering flower for my special friend from this place. They sent a old and dry petal flower with a different arrangement. I haven't informed anything until my friend sent me a picture she received and I called the flower store. When I ordered it through the phone, the person told me that they received many new flowers and the one I ordered is their signature and it's a good choice. I ordered their $250 "Endless Love Box" Preserved Roses, which is no longer in their website by the way, for my wife. Since they do not deliver to Orange County I had Uber pick it up and delivered to my house. Millions of black glitters fell out of the box when my wife opened the box and made a real mess !! For $250 this is not acceptable at all, not to mention how my wife reacted when she need to clean up the mess. I ordered Flowers for my mother's 90 Birthday I gave a Budget of $150 and I paid an additional delivery charge of $35 I asked for a WOW arrangement. I got a small round vase I see listed on their website for for $100. Nothing special! Their were 15 people there in Marina Del Rey. First they couldn't find the location which is a landmark. Do not shop here if you are an environmentalist and care about this planet or community. In their show room, they present it as a high-end shop, but in the back of the alley, you can find them trashing the entire neighborhood. They are absolutely filthy, and throw their trash everywhere. This causes our entire neighborhood covered with their plastic wraps and boxes that ran into street drains, which lead into the city sewage. Honestly don't know how they have 5 stars! I gave 1 star cause you have to select at least one star to post. They don't deserve even one star. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. You would be better off going to Von's. Von's arrangements are super pretty, well put together and way cheaper than this place.
