It's been 7 months since our wedding in Hawaii and I should have posted this a lot earlier. Hopefully, better late than never!? I absolutely loved Patty and her staff. Sad that all of our corresponding was via e-mail and phone and I never got to meet or thank them in person. I loved my bouquet from Patty. It was absolutely beautiful, everything I envisioned, and of course, smelled fabulous. I really appreciated working with her; her responsiveness and 'can-do' attitude put me at ease while planning my destination wedding. The delivery was right on time and the bouquet exceeded my expectations; I could not have been happier.
I have to say that I received probably the best customer service EVER! I live in Florida and am in a long distance relationship with someone I met in Honolulu last year. Since I am not able to be near her right now, Flowers are a good way for me to tell my girlfriend how much that I love her and miss her. Patty was so helpful, so easy to work with, and made such beautiful flowers. I picked out some pictures off her website, gave her a price range, and she made the most gorgeous bouquet, arrangements and lei I could have ever asked for, all while being so helpful, nice and accommodating! Patty did my wedding florals - 1 bridal bouquet and 2 bridesmaid bouquets. My bridal bouquet was beautiful. I probably sent her 5 photos, a price max. and what I received on the morning of my wedding is EXACTLY what I wanted! It was even better than any of the photos I sent her ...it's like she took all my favorite parts of those bouquets and pulled it together. Found Patty's through Yelp. Used them to order a grand opening arrangement a couple of months ago. They got me exactly what I need & delivered it on time. Friendly and efficient staff (emailed me receipt). I just used them again today to order another arrangement. They got my item delivered the same day and with the same great customer service. I'll definitely be using them for all future purchases in the Honolulu area.
Patty's Floral Design is terrific. We planned a destination wedding in Honolulu last week and Patty came highly recommended. She was easy to deal with over email, responsive, helpful and when I arrived to the church 30 minutes before my ceremony, I just knew ahead that they flowers would be awesome. And they were.
