We got married in Honolulu on 10.10.10, the busiest day to get married in the island. Patty took care of our requests, she captured our ideas and created the most beautiful wedding arrangements. Her eye for what looks incredible and fantastic is what makes this place the best. I recommend Patty's Floral Design to anybody getting married in Honolulu. She knows how to take care of the customer. Her price reflects the quality of Patty's work. Bottom line, the best flower shop in the island and will work with her again.
I won't lie: When I need a lei, I usually go to Le Flowers because it's cheap. But, when I need a big job done, I know I need to go to Patty's. When I got married, I looked through arrangement books at a bunch of different florists, but nothing made me happy until I went to Patty's. Sure, Patty's prices are a little higher than those at other places (heck, they're a LOT higher than Le Flowers), but her arrangements will knock your socks off. This is a small little shop thats easy to miss, it's as tiny on the inside as is looks on the outside. I figured I'd give this place a try since the few reviews they have are all very positive and I could give my own review. Patty is very personable from the get go. You really get Patty when you go to Patty's Floral. I've gotten flowers from her for both my junior and senior prom, which was over 15 years ago! Today, she still remembers me. Plus she's the only florist I know that you can email with and she'll email you back. So much easier to email the flower orders that I want. I planned a wedding and it was a breeze to order flowers from her. She's the best. Personal service, outstanding arrangements, she's so trustworthy and nice. She is why Hawaii businesses are so special.
One day in November, I realized my mom's birthday was coming up... IN 4 DAYS. SHIT! It was too late buy her a gift and mail it without outrageous overnight fees, and I wasn't about to rely on Amazon to ship on time, so I racked my brain for an alternative. I support local business. Was actually a regular customer a couple times a year for several years. Appear to be hard working and maybe too busy sometimes. A friend and I were both treated quite poorly on an occasion but it was enough to discontinue patronage. They do work very hard there but I recommend shopping around for people that really care about your business. 2 stars.

This review is LONNNGGG overdue but necessary. I went to patty for my wedding spring of 2012. She was very nice and customer service oriented. When I received my flowers on the day of..my bouquet was crooked!!! it was SO lopsided. I couldn't believe it. It was also a lot smaller than I thought it would be.
