Patty does amazing work! She was recommended by a friend so, I hired her to do the bouquets for my wedding this past Saturday. When I met patty, she was very kind and always returned my emails the same day. I gave her a picture of what I wanted but it was way out of my price range. Great family owned business. They work really hard to make a living and are well worth the support. I bought a $80 bouquet of beautiful proteus and ginger. It was ready on time and exactly what I wanted. They will take great care of you and their prices are very reasonable. Located on 3rd avenue and Waialae avenue, they have 10 parking stalls to choose from.
Altough I was only able to talk with Patty over the phone multiple times and couldn't make flower delivery happen, (didn't work out to make it surprise event due to restrictions at a hotel the receiver was staying) the way she took care of her customer was amazingly impressive! I received beautiful roses from here for valentines day. I am not easy to please with flowers because I used to work for a very upscale florist. Quality was great and the delivery people coordinated with me to be there when I was home. Thank you!
First time coming here after seeing the five star ratings, I had to check it out. We told Patty what types of flowers we wanted and gave her a budget, and she went above and beyond what we wanted. Patty was very sweet and helped us a lot by loading it into the car securely! I am extremely pleased and high recommend this shop to everyone!
Love love love! Patty's is amazing! She's so great and personable. I came in one morning looking for a lei to give to my boss for her last day, but I didn't see anything that really caught my eye. Then I asked Patty if she had any small bouquets. She pulled one out that she was working on and finished it right up for me in about 10 mins or less. Customer service was spectacular. I definitely recommend.
I first contacted Patty by phone from the mainland to order a bouquet for my mother's 94th birthday. She was so pleasant and responsive and put together a stunning arrangement which thrilled my mother. Less than three weeks later Mom passed away. I couldn't find a florist that would help me with a more modern head crown for my wedding but patty was confident she could execute what I told her I wanted. And she put together the most beautiful head crown! It was perfect!
