7/31 12:00 pm Awesome customer service! I called to make some inquiries about a particular flower and the girl that answered was super helpful. She answered very pleasantly and answered all my questions thoroughly. She even measured the flower she had so i could get a better idea of the size. She never pressured me to order from them but just politely told me to keep them in mind. I will definitely do that!

My mom went in today to purchase a bouquet of flowers and everyone here was so accommodating and kind. The arrangement turned out beautifully and all the employees really seemed like they cared, which, my mom really appreciated. Overall the service was incredible and we were very satisfied with the end result!

Worked with Stacy (woman) to order a congratulatory floral bouquet. She was friendly and helpful and easy to work with. Can't wait to see the finished bouquet or at least photos of it! Woo hoo!

A good friend of mine was graduating from her program today, so buying a lei was my main goal for the morning. Luckily, this place was located within a short distance from my school. It took maybe about a 5-6 minute walk which includes waiting for the stop lights. They didn't have that many selections in leis, but that could be because there were other people who bought all the good ones first. Wow, Patty are her crew are AMAZING. I went into the floral shop with my son's fiance a week before the wedding and described what we wanted. Patty is a mind-reader and when I picked up the gorgeous bouquet it was so exciting. The bouquet was breathtakingly beautiful and my daughter-in-law was thrilled! The ladies at Patty's did a great job on my Valentine's bouquet! I was hoping to get a soft white and pink peony bouquet, but they were honest and told me they couldn't make it because of the bad quality of peonies at the time. Instead, they helped me think of an alternative design and I left the rest to them. I was very happy to see what they designed for me because it exceeded my expectations. Ordered a tropical arrangement over the phone prior to a trip to Waikiki. The service on the phone was terrific. Patty's was very pleasant on the phone and very helpful in deciding on the arrangement and coordinating delivery to the hotel prior to arrival. Upon arrival, the arrangement was as stunning and beautiful as any I have ever purchased. It was a little pricey, but well worth the money. It was a perfect tropical arrangement suited for a vacation in Hawaii. Patty's is hands down the best florist I have ever use... read more
