My Husband sent me a flower arrangement for our 40th anniversary. He is in California working and I am in Knightdale, NC. This was our 1st time being apart for our Anniversary since we got married. He wanted to send me something special, so he picked the "How Sweet it Is" bouquet. He paid the premium price for an arrangement, but did not get what he paid for. Definitely doesn't look anything like what I ordered online. Not what I was expecting for $50.
We had ordered flowers for a wake/funeral and the message was missing a word; 'Forever in our, my friend'. Hearts is missing from the message and the company did nothing to fix the problem, especially given the circumstance.....a funeral!!! They clearly don't proof read their messages before they get sent out. Very disappointed.
I have used this florist for many years and sadly i am going to write this review. I ordered a funeral flower stand from them for a very dear friend.. Unfortunately the flowers were delivered on Saturday to the funeral home and the very next day at the funeral they were wilted.. i was embarrassed at the condition of my flowers and feel that it was just a lack of quality of this florist to be the only reason for only one flower arrangement to be wilted at the funeral.. I would not recommend using Forest Hills Florist. I requested a delivery from Forest Hills Florist for May 26. May 26 was Memorial Day, but I was able to select the day on the website. I also received a confirmation that the flowers would be delivered that day. I found out from the recipient of the flowers that they were not delivered on May 26 or on May 27.
