I purchased an arrangement for a coworker who had lost his father. When I received the arrangement, it was much smaller than on the picture and didn’t have the correct flowers or the correct vase. When I called back, the person who answered the phone was very rude and wanted to argue with me about what flowers should be in the arrangement, as I am looking at the picture that clearly showed me what I should see in my arrangement. Ordered a medium sized arrangement and it had several flowers missing at pick up. Florist did add additional flowers to correct. Also, did not have the same vase and bow as the online picture. I received a totally different flower than I ordered.

Delivery was amazing however I paid for a certain funeral arrangement from the website and they sent the small arrangement. I am from out of state and unfortunately was unable to go into the shop and tell them exactly what I wanted. I paid over 120 for an arrangement that looked like the 79 dollar arrangement.

Flowers were not as ordered. More filler than expected and not the color or flower type expected from what was shown. Disappointed. They were sent on-time.
