Very disappointed my wife didn't receive her Valentine's Day flowers at the school she works at during the time requested! She went back to work after returning home to look for the flowers. We did get a call from the delivery truck at 5:30 and the flowers were brought to our house. However, I ordered the flowers to be a surprise for her at work as I usually bring flowers home myself. 02-16-2023: Owners have refunded cost and stated delivery driver was new and overwhelmed. I appreciate them making it right.

When my father passed away on Easter, work sent me a beautiful Lily. I was not home when it was delivered, but received a voicemail from the delivery guy that he placed it on our covered deck because he felt that the front porch was getting too much sun for the Lily. He also left his condolences. It was very kind and very much appreciated. I highly recommend them!!

I wanted to order a floral spray for my mother-in-law's funeral. I called Forest Hills Florist shop and spoke to Danielle about my budget and options for graveside flower arrangements. Looking on their website and talking with Danielle, I was able to order a beautiful custom spray with my choice of colors (pink, white and purple). My review is solely on receiving flowers from the company. I cannot speak to the actual ordering process, pricing, staff interaction, or comparing to what was "in the photo" when ordered. I, however, can speak to how beautiful, fresh, and full my arrangement is. This truly made my day when I received the delivery. Everyone who saw them commented on how pretty they are. So, even went as far as to say - "you have someone that loves you, because those are beautiful!" That gave me a good laugh.
Beautiful floral arrangement received today from my daughter (in VA). Forest Hills delivery was wonderful. They rang the doorbell (which I ignored because I thought it was a package drop off) so they left the flowers by the door snd sent me a text! The arrangement and vase is so pretty. My daughter was very happy too!

Used Forest Hills for a flower crown for my flower girl. The quality was amazing (just like the picture shown on their site) and they delivered directly to our hotel when we needed it. My flower girl was showing off all night!
