I always use another service in Beaverton - usually in person or by phone. But, this time I went online and somehow got redirected to flower shopping.com and what a mess that was. I can't say for certain that Donna was the problem, but I did not get what I ordered and paid fir a premium arrangement which wasn't even close. Donna, if you read this, I encourage you to opt out of this service because the negative results reflect on your business.

I would definitely not order from this florist. I ordered a grandiose "premier" arrangement from "From You Flowers" which was supposed to be for the celebration of a fabulous achievement. I paid well over $100 and the online description says daisies, carnations, mums and roses. What was delivered was an arrangement of cheap carnations, a few daisies and some small mums. Very unorganized. Moved to the area and saw this place. Came in hoping to get a bouquet made, was greeted after 10 minutes of waiting while a personal phone call was made. Just to be rushed out of the store with a half dead bouquet thrown together in a minute. Won't be coming back here. Much better options in Beaverton for the price.

Ordered a lavender boutonnière. This is was what we received. The "lady" working at the shop was completely rude when she was told this was not lavender.

If you want you significant other to receive their flowers after everyone in her office, be sure to choose them. They obviously do not pay attention to specific instructions as I requested a before noon delivery on Valentine's Day (wife leaves at 2:30) which gave a 2 1/2 hr leeway window. Driver calls @ 1:52 stating they are in Beaverton will try to get there in 20 minutes. Flowers arrived @ 2:42. Meanwhile other employees were receiving their flowers all morning from other vendors. I called Flowers by Donna regarding leis for a graduation. I was told they were sold out, I would have to call around, and before I was allowed to ask even one more question, I was hung up on. So the floral business is that good in Tigard, that you can afford to be rude to people? How dare you treat people that way! I immediately called another shop Portland, who also was sold out, but handled the call much more cheerfully and professionally. My husband wanted to buy me flowers for our 43 anniversary. I have allergies to fragrance, so he asked for flowers with little to no odor. The man who worked there (June 2, 2016) went in the back to cut a bouquet. The flowers he brought home were shocking -- identical to a grocery store bouquet of cheap flowers. I wanted to have flowers delivered to my mom for Mother's Day and I live on the other side of the country. I found Flowers by Donna online and the reviews were great, so I gave them a call. I wanted to send my mom something somewhat specific because Mother's Day is a difficult holiday for her after losing her mom and I wasn't able to be there.
