The previous poster Cindey M did an accurate portrayal of *my* birthday gift. I loved that I had been surprised by flowers and while trying to bring them home from work realized that moving the vase was a chore. Flowers were falling out and onto the table at my desk. But after hearing the feedback of my family, Flowers by Donna delivered an apoplgy bouquet that was gorgeous. Not good, their photos are deceiving! With the amount of money were paying, its not worth it.. What I have ordered is different from what has been received! Very Bad! What a ripped off.

Worst experience possible for special day. I bought a corsage ($45) and boutonniere ($20) for a sea-themed prom. Photo on the website shows at least 8 flowers for the corsage, shells, and light blue ribbon. I made the purchase almost 3 weeks ahead of time and asked for dark blue ribbon. I'm disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered and paid $80 plus delivery for a specific holiday flower arrangement intended to celebrate both a birthday and the holidays. What was delivered did not match what I selected or paid for. Who delivers flowers to a home without ringing a doorbell or knocking at the door? Our cars were parked in the driveway, lights were on, yet rather than hand deliver the flowers to us, we spotted them on the front step. Who knows how long they'd been out there. We were expecting the delivery. We weren't expecting it to just be left sitting. $90 for a small bouquet of flowers. The pink vase is pretty. Can't say I'd pay this much for such little flowers tho.

I won't be using this florist again. I picked out a specific anniversary arrangement, which they substituted out without even calling me to see if there were certain flowers or colors my wife might prefer instead. I've never had a florist ever substitute an arrangement without contacting me first to advise and discuss. Delivery was after 3 pm, which was fine. Further, the only email option is via Microsoft Office so there's not just a visible email address provided, and I don't use Office for my emails. Disappointing, I expe... read more

I ordered flowers for my moms birthday which after upgrading to the 2nd tier bouquet, delivery fee and 20% tip cost $155. The bouquet delivered not only was very far from the picture but the flowers were off colored and wilted with a hole in the middle. Flowers were totally wrong we ordered purple roses, and when asked if they could fix them to add purple roses she added pink. Very disappointed won't be going there again.
