Flowers by Donna was easy to order through their website for a memorial service. The pictures were accurate to what was received. I did call to check on the order and the person on the phone was helpful and friendly. The flowers showed up and were frankly stunning. Everyone commented at the memorial service about how beautiful the flowers were. The flowers made the celebration of life really amazing. I would definitely recommend them to others and will use them again myself.

After being highly dissatisfied with another florist, I contacted Theresa at Flowers By Donna. She was so helpful and compassionate to my situation with her other competitors. Theresa went above and beyond to make sure a beautiful arrangement was delivered to my girlfriend in time for Mothers Day. I highly recommend using "Flowers By Donna" for all of your special occasions! It not often that you find a company in this day and age to be so kind and helpful! A+++

I have used Flowers by Donna for over 20 years and the flowers I've sent have always been beautiful and very reasonably priced. When I send across the country I always ask them to use a local florist in that location, which they happily do. When I've been lucky enough to see the flowers I've sent I've always been very happy -- as have the recipients. They are ALWAYS fresh and beautiful. My mother had just recently passed this last Sunday and some dear friends from Arizona had a bouquet sent to us. It was beautiful and I took a picture of it and sent it to them thanking them. They got right back to me and said it was not what they had ordered from the Internet company and so I just received this replacement bouquet and it is fabulous. Flowers by Donna did a wonderful, wonderful job and I truly appreciate they're satisfying my friends request. Thank you again for the beautiful arrangement. Terry

Mothers day is one of the busiest times of year for florists. I orders some flowers for my mom since I live out of state. They arrived on Saturday and my mom was in awe of their beauty by Sunday they were not so beautiful. On Monday my mom called and was told to set them on the porch and came home to the attached arrangement and she fell in love with it. Thanks again for making it right based of this interaction I would recommend and continue using you.

I called Flowers by Donna and ordered flowers for my friend whose Dad has passed away. The woman who answered the phone was very kind and helpful. I saw an arrangement on their website but I wanted it with different colors. She said no problem! They delivered same day as I requested and my friend loved them. I would highly recommend Flowers by Donna.

I had a last minute order and in this current time I was a little worried. I spoke with Jody on the phone and she sent everything up perfectly and knew just what to do with my description. Quick and easy over the phone from 2000 miles away! And to make it even better, the delivery was made super fast, like within 2 hours of the order. I have seen the pictures and I could not be happier with the finished product! Definitely will be a return customer.
