I'm a very particular shopper for roses, and the sterling silvers Donna delivered for our anniversary were SPECTACULARLY beautiful, perfectly scented and, with one or two exceptions, remained in bloom without loss of petals for at least 3 weeks. They've earned my repeat business, and I'd strongly suggest you try them out as well -- Calif climate refugee.

Always reliable during game time (i.e. mothers day, birthdays, other holidays). I've never set foot in the establishment, and still order, yearly, like clockwork. Thanks Donna

Best customer service, I have ordered flowers from this shop for about a year now every time i get the best customer service from the gal at the front desk, very nice and polite. The flowers that we get from the shop look so fresh/ clean they smell so good. I'm highly considering Flowers by Donna.

Absolutely first class customer service! I ordered a bouquet of flowers from their web site which always makes me a little nervous because I'm old school and would prefer personal contact. However, their web site was so easy and user friendly. They had very nice photos of their different arrangements along with prices. I called to order some flowers for my wife's birthday and was able to get the most beautiful arrangement of tulips and pink roses. My wife was blown away! They were super accommodating with my timing and had everything ready for me when I came to pick them up. I will be a returning customer soon!

I have ordered flowers online several times. They are delivered on-time and are beautiful. The prices are reasonable compared to the large flower conglomerates and I know who I am working with locally. That is everything I need - no need for me to go anywhere else!

I recently ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife this last valentine's day through Flowers by Donna. I must say, it's nearly a week later and they look even more beautiful than they did last week as the lilies have blossomed. The flowers were delivered promptly and the website was easily navigated. The only thing that held me back from a 5-star rating was when I called to inquire about the status of the flowers midway through Valentine's Day. I wanted a no frills wedding, so I wasn't going to do a bunch of flowers, however, I did want a nice bouquet. I went to Costco because they always have beautiful flowers. They said they don't do bouquets but the gal there said oh you can make one yourself easily. So, I actually entertained that idea for a while even buying wire, etc., from Michaels. Very friendly service. Decent price and decent selection but not large. You can order other stuff though if they do not have it. Some of their nick nacks are nice too.
