A friend recently said via text, summarizing my response to the pandemic, "You're not outgoing anymore." I'm still outgoing. I'm just not going out anymore. Plenty of online shopping, ordering in. Update: I'm changing my rating because Liz reached out to me via email and sincerely appologized. She explained that the staff made a standard size instead of the deluxe on accident. I greatly appreciate that she wanted to talk and sort things out. She was so nice and wanted to make things right. The customer service is the best I've had with any florist. They really care that the recipient is happy with their flower arrangement and I love this about them. Ben was so helpful in making sure the animal arrangement I ordered was perfect for the recipient. I couldn't be more pleased and will continue to use Edelweiss Flower Boutique.

My 1st experience with Edelweiss was wonderful. A not-so-happy situation prompted my search for a florist on the west side, and Edelweiss came recommend by a friend I trust. Their website is unfortunately a bit dated, so after a quick search I decided to just go with an arrangement called "Prominence" that was in the color scheme I was seeking and evoked the more zen vibes I wanted for the recipient. This is the friendliest, most earnest group of people you'll ever come across and their arrangements are always top notch. My family has been coming here for the better part of 40 years and has not once been disappointed. And, the pricing is great. I know when I call them the flowers will be beautiful and delivered on time. You can't go wrong with Edelweiss.
