They made me a bouquet working 30 mins of closing for a friend who lost a pup. Not only did they stay after they were very kind. Highly recommend!

Ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday. Delivery was great and accurate. They do have a nice selection of flowers and considering and comparing other local flower shops, prices are somewhat reasonable. The flowers were nice and at best, average. Nothing out of this world. I would order from them again but . . . .average at best. So keep that in mind.

Hi Brian, we appreciate you ordering with our small family business. We did the arrangement based on the item you purchased off our website. All the flowers were fresh, we used the same vase and we had all the peach roses, green carnations and alstroemerias. The flowers came in fresh so some of the white alstroemerias were still closed and starting to open. It was to the size parameters of this arrangement. I had to order flowers from here very least minute and early on a week day morning and my experience here was great! Morning of, I went on the website and called the florist directly. I explained what I wanted and asked what was available. When I selected the bouquet, the florist told me they could have it finished in 20-25 minutes which they did! The owner and her dedicated staff work tirelessly to craft beautifully designed flower arrangements that showcase artistry and attention to detail. She has been in the floral business since the 1980s, building a reputation for quality and creativity over several decades.
This florist goes above and beyond in providing great service with integrity. They had gone to great lengths to fill my order but were unable to locate the specific flower I had requested. I received a personal phone call from Yvonne at Edelweiss letting me know they were sincerely sorry but would be unable to fulfill my order. She offered me other options including a full refund. This personal touch is exactly why I will be using them again.
The very best!!! Ordered flowers last night at 10pm and they brought them to my front door by 10am the next day. Amazing flowers! Will be a repeat customer for sure!

I ordered an Easter arrangement of tulips with a few purple accent flowers and the arrangement turned out absolutely beautiful. In addition when I called and spoke to Yvonne first and then Elizabeth they were both so unrushed in answering my questions and so knowledgeable. I really appreciated the outstanding customer service and the high quality of the flowers.
