I placed an online order and ordered the premium bouquet for my Assistant's Birthday. When she received them, they were just the regular bouquet and not the premium. I called Edelweiss and they replaced the bouquet, but I was still disappointed with the replacement especially because of the price I paid for the premium bouquet and what we received in the end was not even worth it.
