Under new ownership ....in my opinion I received poor service, bad quality of flowers which were way over priced.

How disappointing. My husband ordered beautiful valentines flowers for me! Apparently him and my son both had written a hand written note, which did not get delivered with the flowers. When my husband called to make sure they still had the note from my son, he was treated so rudely on the phone he had to hang up. I can't imagine the money my husband spent on these and to be treated that way it's completely unacceptable and unprofessional. You have officially lost all our business due to how you treated my husband.

They obviously don't know what the date is. My mom order flowers for my birthday because she lives in Europe and this is like the only thing she can get me since she is so far away, and they delivered them to me 3 weeks earlier!! Surprised ruined instantly. Flowers are pretty but the service sucks. Lady that delivered it sort of apologized but didn't say anything like, oh wait let me take it back and re-deliver fresh ones on the date I was supposed to since it will be your birthday..... way over priced they charge for everything even the wrap that they wrap you flowers in has a separate charge be prepared to pay extra for them to pretty up your flowers staff wasn't very pleasant seemed bothered with me when i just wanted a single flower for my mom on mothers day they will turn a 2 dollar flower into 10 if you want alittle green and babys breath plastic wrap each extra cost more than the flower ??
