I was thisclose to taking on doing my own flowers for my wedding after having an unpleasant experience at another florist shop in San Diego. And then a friend recommended Lori to me. I went to Candlelight Florist to have my wedding flowers created. I went to four shops prior to Candlelight and was told that the flowers I wanted "were not possible." Many of the shops did not want to work with me. Candlelight was amazing. My wedding flowers came out beautiful! They were so easy to work with and made my flowers exactly how I had hoped!

So I feel super bad that it's taken me so long to write a review for this place. Lori you were absolutely amazing and you did such an amazing job on my wedding flowers. Everything turned out beautiful! You were so sweet and I am so happy I met you! Just received the most beautiful flowers, sent by my Mom, in Colorado. We have used Candlelight Florist for years and are never disappointed. They do the best arrangements. Fresh and gorgeous! I will be moving soon and will miss this place! Thank you for years of lovely flowers! Keep it up! CR

In this day and age of technology, and with everyone doing 10,000 things and not paying attention, customer service seems to be non-existent across the board. As a busy Executive Assistant, it can be pretty challenging when working with vendors around town, and not being able to trust in service and attention to detail. I do not live in San Diego and need flowers sent in Santee. Spoke to Lori and,this florist went the extra mile. Very pleasant great customer service. Highly recommend this florist. :).

I am a fan. I am 100% pleased with the quality of work and excellent service. I had the worse experience with Just Flowers/ Heavenly Flowers and they made it 1000 times better. I am not in the area but wanted to send a sick person some beautiful cheery yellow roses and made a special request for fresh long stems not only did they wilt the next day but the only attempted to resolve the issue with a $5 credit...then I searched out Candlelight and boy we they able to redeem my efforts to make a sick person feel a little bett... read more

I am big on mom and pop shops. This is a great little florist with awesome arrangements that fit my needs. They have reasonable prices and deliver which is a plus. I am not a big fan of those 'chain' florists as I have run into some issues with them. I enjoy the staff and great customer service I receive from this place! Thanks Myung!

The only florist in Santee with great prices and friendly employees. I have loved the flower arrangements they make plus all the extra stuff they sell. They are very good at providing customers with beautiful stunning flowers that last quite a while. I have been using them for over 18 years and they are still great. If you love your wife and family, this is the place to go.
