I have received arrangement from here several times over the past few years. My kids live out of town & send flowers for my birthday & Mother's Day. Every single one has left lots to be desired. They wilt in a couple days & have to be thrown out. And one time some of the flowers were already wilted when I received them. I've talked to the (I think) owner a couple times & without any provocation was incredibly rude. I am a lover of fresh flowers. For Valentine's Day, my husband wanted to surprise me with a nice flower arrangement. The flowers were delivered on Valentine's Day as promised and the driver, who called me a couple of times, was very nice and accommodating. Now enter the actual flower arrangement...keep in mind, they were a gift and I would never have told him they were not nice. For Valentine's day, I wanted to surprise my wife with a nice flower arrangement. So I looked on Yelp and read the reviews. I read a review from Corey and thought that maybe it was just one person with a bad review and the other reviews were excellent. Therefore, I decided to proceed with the order. They asked me how much I was willing to spend for the arrangement. I told them I did not care as long as they made it look nice. They recommended that I spend $75. So I agreed. I ordered flowers for an anniversary. When they showed up they appeared to have been arranged by a 3rd grader. The only thing similar about the flowers that were ordered and the flowers that I received was the vase. When I called and talked to an employee I was told that if I brought them back in they would rearrange them. I didn't find that suggestion particularly helpful or amusing. Needless to say I will not be using this florist in the future.

I received a floral arrangement today that my daughter paid for and had delivered to my home. If you can actually call it an arrangement. It looked like a six year old put it together. I won't tell my daughter how bad it was but in the future I will recommend a different florist to all of my daughters, sons, other family and friends. If there was a zero star I would give it. Hands down the worst experience of my life. The owner was so rude I broke down in tears. The flowers I got looked dead and I was treated like I was stupid for not knowing a thing bout flowers. The owner would not refund my money as stated on their policy. I was hung up by the owner humiliated on what was supposed to be a special day of my life. "True Cost of a Floral Stand" We came in on a Friday to rent six wire tripod floral stands in order to display floral wreaths from our families and relatives for my grandmother's funeral service. It was due to a misunderstanding that the stands were not available at the event center (the grocer florist where the flowers originated did not have any available to lend us). Mother's Day 2012- ordered flowers on Friday online (I live in Las Vegas). Order confirmation had flowers being delivered same day. Fast forward to 2:00p.m. Saturday, still no flowers - I left a voicemail to contact me. Still no return phone call. Attempted to deliver flowers at 6:00p.m. on Sunday night (Mom wasn't home). Ok, it's my fault for not knowing much about flowers, and waiting till the last minute to get flowers for a special someone. As I was calling around, this place was open for another 10 min (it was almost 5pm). She said if I could get there quick, they could hook me up. So, I was on my way. Didn't want to get roses.
