2 years in a row my daughter in Boise used them for my Birthday flower. Last year I took the flowers back and had them remake them. This year was worse and they would do nothing. They said they made it " per recipe" my daughter sent a picture of how it was suppose to look. Rip off pure and simple. NEVER AGAIN !!!

Came in and got 12 red tulips on Valentine's Day. I asked the lady how much they were and they were 3$ a piece. I thought to myself they would be good quality because they're not just from the grocery store. Got home three of them had mold dirt and leaves and petals were all wilted. I hope they don't do this to anybody else

I really do not recommend Buds and Blossoms Too. I bought my mother a large bouquet for Mother's Day. It cost 97.97 dollars. I had the bouquet delivered to my mother at her business. Once she received them she told me that most of them were terrible quality (dying and wilting). Not only that, but for almost 100 dollars I expected a much larger bouquet! A re-delivery fee? Seriously? Called early this morning and left a message that we were away for the weekend so Saturday's delivery missed us. After no return call, I rang again around 3:30, and was told all their drivers were out and we could pick them up. Re-delivery would be $10. There are lots of florists to chose from with much better customer service, so stay away from this one.

This is the second time I have ordered through Telefloral and was disappointed on the flower shop they used. Apparently there is no monitoring or vetting. This florist has terrible reviews. But the customer has no way to see who the florist is. I will no longer be using them. I was in the flower business and there is no reason to use a shop with bad reviews. I wish I could give this place less than 1 Star but Yelp does not allow it! I have been boldly lied to about my delivery and even after asking them to just issue a refund and keep the delivery, they told me that they are unable to let me decline the order but they are more than happy to deliver them on the next day! I do not understand how they can say they will deliver them a day later but cannot cancel the order! Now I have a company coming to my door tomorrow that I no longer want there!!! DO NOT ORDER from Buds!!!!!

My mom just received a $76.00 bouquet with fewer flowers and even more ho hum than Safeway $25.00 bouquet I just saw at the store. Giving this review a 1 star is being charitable. They must have lost their designer that was any good. Do not use this florist!

Went in the day after Mother's Day for a little bouquet for my Grandmother. Granted I don't look like I belong in a Florist Shop with the beard and the biker tshirt. The lady working that day pointed me to the walk-in cooler. I saw a really nice medium/small sized arrangement that'd be perfect and checked for a price. $179.99. Checked again. Still 179.99. Received birthday flowers from my out of town son yesterday. Given that St Patricks Day was 2 days ago, it's quite obvious they used leftovers as fill. Not sure how much he paid for these but I'm sure he would be as disappointed as I was. Won't use or recommend this local florist
