i'm kind of shocked to see the bad reviews! i called to order flowers for a friend in pasco. it ended up being $54 instead of the internet price of $48 because of the distance. You can expect, in the standard size of flowers, to always pay around $40 something dollars (so to the review being astounded by the prices, stick to flowers from albertsons because these prices are def average and reasonable) After my order i received a call about 10 minutes later. my son sent me flowers for mother's day, it was delivered first thing this morning/mother's day. arrangement didn't look that good and it looked like i received the half of what their website shows. i did call and talked to the owner/Janet, she said they were very busy today but that's no excuse and volunteered to replace the arrangement even though i told her she didn't need to. I ordered flowers over the phone and we had a misunderstanding about what I wanted. After contacting the owner, she immediately made it right my delivering a second bouquet at no charge. The flowers were fresh and beautifully arranged.

Great selection, prices and customer service. The last reviewer should have been very appreciative that they stayed open last minute.

Terrible customer service, rude and disrespectful. You do not get what you pay for. The flower arrangements are misleading online compare to what you actually receive. The flower arrangement is poorly filled with flowers and for it to look full, green flowers/leaves are stuffed to makeup for a lot of gaps! Safeway apparently has better flowers than this place.

Grandson in law bought our favorite granddaughter flowers from here for Valentines Day this year. $100 got her 2 wilting roses plus some filler flowers and some fake greenery. Oh and they misspelled her name on the card. Maybe if Buds and Blossoms Too can't do an adequate job filling their orders, they shouldn't accept the business. My recommendation would be to go through a different florist. Or go to Safeway, Winco or Fred Meyer. If you do that you can at least see the quality of what you're purchasing.

My husband ordered me flowers for our 15th anniversary. I received my bouquet and the roses were wilted. I called with my complaint. The lady I spoke to made it seem like it wasn't a big deal because there was only 3 roses in my bouquet but there was 10 which I relayed to her. So they explained to me that they could make me a new bouquet and asked If I could come and get them. I said no and live way out in Burbank. She seemed irritated by that. I will Never order from them again! My Grandmother, my Mother, and myself have used this company for YEARS - Birthdays, Funerals, Anniversaries, New Babies, etc, etc. My girlfriend just got out of hospital, called to have a bouquet sent to her, asked for a "large pretty bouquet of flowers".....the photos are what she received (that is a coffee cup next to it).
