Delivery was same day, so that was very good. The arrangement delivered did not look like the website. I paid $63 total for delivery and tax for a $45 arrangement (deluxe) and got a couple stems of Alstroemeria and some greens. Definitely not worth $45. I wrote a complaint and never heard a peep. If I could post photos I would but at this point it won't let me. Beware!
ordered $100 flowers arrangement for 80th bday. Through 1800flowers. Both parties are an embarrassing joke. Arlenes decided they didn't have the flowers we requested so they merely did nothing. the following day they notified 1800flowers. Not me. 1800 flowers did not notify me. So when i called to see how my sister liked the flowers she didn't get any. 2+hrs later i gave up. Arlenes doesn't answer the phone after 10 tries. What a lousy company. Both of them suck bad!!!
My son died a year ago and for the flower celebration of life at the river my mother ordered an expensive bouquet and not only did I not get the one she ordered, I got a nearly dead bouquet and the vase was a value of $8.00. I cried and ended up going to the market and buying a different bouquet. She was very upset and the cost was doubled when we had to buy a second bouquet. I will not recommend this shop or ever order from their. I can get better from the local grocery store!
This business does not rate a one star. It doesn't rate a star at all. I ordered a floral arrangement for Valentine's Day for my wife. She was away from the house at the time the delivery person arrived. Instead of finding the arrangement at the door, she found a note saying since she was not home to receive the flowers, she would have to drive to the shop to get them. Horrible service; My daughter order flowers for a dance; not only did they charge her 3 times the amount, but never gave her a refund. Worse experience for her. $50 for a Boutonniere, 2 rose Boutonniere is ridiculous. And flowers had been frozen in transit
The bouquet looked like someone had just grabbed up a small handful of random flowers and shoved them in the vase. Some of the fillers looked like they had been pulled from a weed patch. There was no artistry at all. To use the word arrangement would be a misnomer, as there was no arranging done at all. I'm glad I got this bouquet, though. I work at the nearby hospital, and now I know to avoid referring people to them.
Absolutely do NOT recommend this company. My parents ordered flowers online from fromyouflowers.com and the order was sent to this shop. The order was delivered on time, but looked nothing like the photo. The flowers ordered were supposed to be blue & white and there wasn't a single blue bud in the flowers delivered. I called the shop and they did offer to fix the flowers - but they took zero responsibility for the issue and continued to blame fromyouflowers trying to say they have no affiliation with them. My husband ordered a bouquet of 18 long stem roses from 1-800-FLOWERS that was fulfilled by Buds and Blossoms and we were both extremely disappointed with what was received. The roses were no where near long stem and were already turning black at the ends on the first day. The vase was seriously something that probably cost $0.25 at Goodwill, had a cheesy bow around it and the entire arrangement had more babies breathe than roses. I ordered an arrangement for Mother's Day for my Aunt. I'm in California and ordered through 1-800-Flowers. The cost of the arrangement was $60 before tax. There was an additional service fee of around $30 plus I paid an extra $7 for delivery on Sunday. The only thing Buds And Blossoms Too got right was the delivery.
