I have used Brown Floral on several occasions and their quality of work as well as customer service is always consistently exceptional. Brown floral did the flowers for my family and bridal party at my wedding. My wedding was at cactus and tropicals so I was worried that the bouquets (including my own) would blend into the scenery. But Brown put together the most beautiful and unique arrangements that managed to stand out among all the other flowers. The prices seemed a little high, but I felt the quality was well worth the price.

A great local florist in Holladay. They have been in business for a century, and do a nice job. The staff is friendly and courteous.

I had an arrangement made which costed $101 after paying I touched a couple of the roses and the pedals literally were falling off. They were mostly dead.. I asked for some of the roses to at least be replaced. She took away the arrangement and replaced a couple of the flowers, but it was pretty sparse and mostly filler greenery. I definitely won't be going back. I am a florist myself, but use them in a pinch. I definitely will not be going back. Flowers ordered for a funeral we're horrible. For 170.00 I got 3 roses and 3 mums with some greenery in a red vase. I was so embarrassed and disapointed to see such a small arrangement that was sent from my siblings and me. This florist was recommended by another florist. I would never in good conscience recommend them to anyone.

Card did not contain the note that we submitted and the and the flora arrangement really seemed sub standard from what we have been used to. Not worth the price.

Brown Floral removed my post on their Facebook page, so I thought I'd share my disappointment of a floral package I purchase on behalf of my work team for our boss whose mother just passed away. For almost 85.00 (which included an upgrade) I thought I was getting a nice bouquet. Instead, minimal flowers (that didn't even look like the picture), and filler. Disappointed to say the least and kind of embarrassed when my boss sent us a picture of it to tell us thank you. My team was shocked. I'll choose a different florest next ... read more

I was very excited to send my friend two arrangements in celebration of giving birth on her birthday. I ordered the "Teleflora's Enchanting Pastels Unicorn Bouquet (Deluxe)"and she received what looks like the (Standard). I also ordered the "Majestic Magenta (Premium)" and she also received the (Standard). The photo showing the whole order is what was delivered. How very disappointing.
