I chose Brown Floral because of their proximity to my apartment at the time, and because their service was hands down better than anywhere else I'd inquired at for wedding flowers. The florist set an appointment with me, went over my ideas, walked me all over the store, and into the cooler to see all the flowers and get an idea of what spoke to me and my style best. We really enjoyed our experience working with Brown Floral for my daughter's wedding and would highly recommend them to anyone. Nanette had a lot of great ideas and was so patient with us even when we changed our order several times. My daughter especially loved her bridal bouquet and we received many compliments on the flowers. Brown Floral went the extra mile to help us with our centerpieces at the receptions center. We could not have been happier with our beautiful flowers and with the customer service we received.

I've received two arrangements from Brown Floral and both were as beautiful as the next. They called me to confirm delivery which I totally appreciate with my busy schedule and their drivers are so sweet! He made sure I loved them before I left and was so kind! I spoke with them directly about a concern I had and they were quick to help on the phone. I hope to have many occasions for flowers because I will be using them from now on!

Brown Floral is amazing! We had 2 deaths in our family in 5 months and when I went in, Traci took care of all my needs. She was so sympathetic, listened to what I wanted, and gave me just what I expected to get. They even added personal touches that I had mentioned. These guys are great! I travel a lot and send my wife flowers from the road. After getting royally screwed over by ProFlowers and 1800Flowers again, and again, and again, I tried this local shop. SUCH A DIFFERENCE! They put together GREAT arrangements for a good price. They deliver and have been very kind to me and my wife. Would definitely recommend.

I received a beautiful arrangement from Brown Floral today. It was such a wonderful surprise on a cloudy day!! The vase was a very durable, beautiful glass and the flowers were so colorful and fresh! I think my favorite thing is how they combined such a variety of colors and different types of plants that I wouldn't have thought to put together. I give them top marks on creativity, presentation, and their customer service! I will definitely be ordering my next flower arrangement from them!
