I ordered flowers for my friend. I got a call stating that they didn't have the flowers that I requested. The arrangement they made instead and was delivered was pretty but not at the same price point as the one I ordered. They listened to my concern and when they got in a new shipment of flowers, they made a new arrangement and delivered it to my friend with no extra cost to me. I placed an online order late Sunday night for a floral delivery to my sister's workplace on Monday. Me being in Iowa, and my sister in Utah, I really thought that in my procrastination I would be expecting to hear that it wouldn't be possible on such short notice. Brown Floral is the best! I worked with Ashley for my wedding flowers and she knocked it out of the park! I couldn't believe just how beautiful my flowers were and they were absolutely perfect and everything I wanted or even could have envisioned them to be! I met with Ashley pre-Covid and she was so helpful, sweet, incredibly knowledgeable and she made my decision easy to go with them! I was truly impressed by the service of the girls at Brown Floral. I had a budget but really wanted to send some flowers to our favorite mom and grandmas who live in Holladay. They worked with me, even helping pick colors over the phone, and were patient with my screaming toddlers in the background. To top it off, it was same day delivery and it brightened everyone's day! Spot in Brown! You'll get my business again for sure!

Excellent customer service. I called the day before a funeral in Holladay for a large easel flower display and wasn't expecting they'd be able to deliver the next morning but they accommodated me without a problem. Cecily was very kind, efficient, and helpful on the phone. Their prices were significantly lower than other florists in the Salt Lake area that I looked at and when I asked about an upgrade to make sure the display was full enough, Cecily assured me it had plenty of flowers and didn't try to upsell me. Susie from Brown Floral was our florist for our wedding up at High West Distillery. She did an absolutely amazing job on creating the bridal bouquets and centre pieces exactly how I had envisioned it! They actually turned out better than I could have even expected! She made sure the flowers and greenery went perfectly with our venue, and had everything delivered, set up, and ready to go by the time I arrived.
