Worst experience ever. I called first thing in the morning to have flowers delivered for a very important event. My son on Ft. Bliss was killed and I was promised the flowers would be there by 2pm. well they werent so I called, I was told by the manager that they would def. be there by 3 pm. Well at 4 I got a call stating that when the driver got there at 3:45 everyone was gone. I hired them for my wedding and it was nothing like I wanted. The bouquets looked like children did them. The people I dealt with were also very rude. I DO NOT recommend this business.

Worst service ever. Trying to order flowers for a funeral service. After spending 15 minutes trying to order flowers over the phone while I had their website up, they couldn't get one thing right! I order flowers all over the country and this was horrible service. Someone else got on the phone and wanted me to start all over. Really? You lost a customer!

I bought my flowers for my bridal shower decorations and my wedding cake and my wedding invitations from Angie's flowers on lee Trevino first of all this place rips you off my flowers to my bridal shower for the table decorations were not expecting how I wanted them to look and I bought my invitations from here also and they were too expensive I felt like they rip us off and the most thing I was looking forward too on my wedding day was my cake !!! I ordered a flowering plant arrangement through Teleflora from Angie's for my grandmother. I wasn't expecting the arrangement to be exactly like the picture, but it was nothing like it. My 7 year old niece could've been more creative and made a prettier arrangement with $15 at the Home Depot garden center. The arrangement should've had four different flowering plants; it had one. a day late and an apology too short. This florist did not deliver an order I placed and they did not realize that it had not been delivered untill I called them. After calling them they did apologize but they did nothing to compensate me.

WORST FLOWER SHOP EVER!!!!My boyfriend ordered me flowers and strawberries for valentine's day and they never came in! We called and they said they would send them the next day at 12. They didn't get there till 5 and the arrangement was nothing like the picture and the strawberries where just thrown in a box in shambles. Management did nothing to justify this and was extremely rude and unprofessional. Don't give these lowlifes your business!

Valentine's Day! Never going to use Angie's Flowers again. My hubby had placed a order on Valentine's Day. When he got home to his surprise I had no reaction, the flowers never arrived. He called at 4 to check the status and they told him they were out for delivery. We did not go out, we ordered in, so we wouldn't miss the flowers. The NEVER SHOWED up. Never ever shop at angies flowers! Worst customer service I have experienced. Had an appointment at 11 and they told me I didn't. Clearly I'm not going to make it up.
