I ordered same day delivery for my aunt on Mother's Day. I am very disappointed that the flowers didn't look remotely like the ones I purchased. I understand that florals aren't as easy accessible at this time, I'm not very picky, I didn't need them to look exactly like the picture BUT I would have hoped that they would've looked the price they are worth. I recently place an order at this location , I was a bit unsure do to the reviews. I took a chance since I wanted to send a birthday bouquet to a very special person. I called and ask a couple of questions, customer service was great and helpful. Bouquet was delivered a few hours after I placed my order . Everything was wonderful Fresh flowers and super cute bouquet.
I often order from this shop & though I am very happy with their work, their prices are extremely high. Unfortunately seems like everyone around has the same competitive prices. A $55 dollar arrangement can easily turn $100 after taxes and delivery fees. Their flower arrangements are cute and average at best.

Because you did order it online there is a service fee that is not controlled by us, but because we are a teleflora shop that is a charge everyone has to pay when ordering online. This can easily be avoided by calling us over the phone or by visiting any one of our locations, the delivery fee unfortunately is something that is based on distance which was why this one was a $15.00 instead of $12.95.
