I placed an order of two boutonnieres, I asked if they could put them on, they said yes. I went to the store to pick them up, a young lady brought the boutonnieres, and I ask to put them on, she said she didn't know how to that I can look it up on You Tube. Not good customer service.

Went in to get an arrangement made 2-13-24 I didn't particularly want anything with a vase just the flowers but the lady who was helping me "Maria or Mejia" said they are not making any more arrangements just what's in the fridge and I completely understood seeing as it was the day Before Valentines day. Got a delivery from my aunt today for my bday. A basket of fruits and assorted snacks along with a floral arrangements in a basket. The cheeses in the basket were completely melted, the floral arrangement was in a basket with no liner so it leaked water all over my floor and table. Called the shop to let them know because I know it meant a lot to my aunt. The manager just made excuses, said the basket was in Ake conditioning and said there was a liner in the basket. Terrible customer service.

I bought my wife a 'Zen cactus' garden arrangement. Including the delivery, the order came to around $100. The plants began to die within about two weeks. AAA Florist neglected to tell my wife that the arrangement did not do well in an indoor environment. When I phoned to ask for some sort of refund or replacement, they would not consider it. I will not do business with them again.

DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THEM! I don't usually write reviews unless I genuinely want to inform people about a business so they don't suffer as I did. I ordered flowers for my best friend's mom for her birthday. Look at the pictures & see what I ordered vs. what I got. When I called to ask for a photo and this is what they sent so I immediately told them that it doesn't look like what I ordered and I even provided the 3rd picture to show which flower was missing. Should be zero stars. I ordered flowers weeks in advance for Valentine's Day. Received an email for confirmation. Paid extra for a specific delivery time and everything! Began calling at 2 PM. Continued to have a busy signal all day. Wrote two emails with no response. Flowers never arrived and no contact received. Will never use this business again. No customer service at all

It is 6:45 PM on Valentine's Day, and no flowers. I ordered my wife the flowers via their website on Friday 2/11/22, received two confirmation emails. Posted on my credit card, and no flowers. I started calling them around 4:10 PM and dialed them 10 times and just got a busy signal. I also sent 3 emails and no reply. I live in Corona and have used them before with no issues. I was suppose to receive flowers for Valentines Day from my deployed boyfriend. But nope they deliver to the wrong house and have no idea what address they delivered too. I speak to Marina and she says well whatever address google takes us to, wow you don't check before delivering!!! I guess 1 star because I searched the neighborhood after receiving the text and received my flowers the next day! What horrible service!!!
