First time ordering from AAA. I was too far to check-in to get free one time delivery. I called and spoke with Hillary and said they would honor the check-in. Awesome customer service! Very friendly. Will update once the flowers are received.

Hubby sent flowers for our 26th anniversary. Absolutely gorgeous arrangement as usual. When he does send flowers he always uses AAA. No reason to go anywhere else.

I have just received 2 arrangements from this florist and I am so impressed. One was in a Victorian tea cup and it was breathtaking! I usually only use another local florist that I have used for years . The prettiest flowers I have seen in a long time!!! I am usually the one sending them and not receiving them so I don't know how much my arrangements were. Hopefully not too pricey . I will find out soon. Great job!!!

Wonderful work by them today. I ordered from FTD online and AAA Florist in Corona fulfilled the order, and it was well-done work on their part. I have ordered via FTD online before, and other shops have fulfilled the order, but they were unsatisfactory, resulting in my having to call FTD and have orders redone. The work AAA did today was A-1. I am very happy with what they did. I had considered going directly to their shop, and the product they delivered today confirms it for me. Thank you.

EDIT: I wasn't originally satisfied with the arrangement I ordered online for my friend. The shop manager, Marina, was very understanding and replaced the original arrangement with one that was more similar to what I ordered. Thank you Marina, good customer service is very important.
