I am astonished at how bad the customer service is at this particular florist. My aunt,who lives with me, placed a surprise order for my wife and I for our anniversary. The driver made my aunt, who has health issues, meet her downstairs in the parking lot multiple times, then she would not bring them up to our apartment. My aunt asked for a "happy anniversary" balloon and they added a "happy birthday" balloon instead. I totally was ripped off for 50$ for a bundle of orchards I will never come back I will return for a REFUND FOR BEING MISLED and being overly charged.

I found this place during a Google search. I went with them because of all the nice and positive reviews. With that being said I am really disappointed here. 1) customer service I'm going to give it a 2/5. Yesterday I went to place a custom order, and it took me until almost 6pm last night to get in touch with them, after calling as soon as they opened. I was told that the vendor was able to come through and make my order. It would be ready for pickup at 4pm today. Here I have been sitting in the 95 degree weather for 20 mi... read more

I didn't online order with this company to send my girlfriend some flowers I paid $75 for these beautiful flowers I called them in the morning to verify that they got my order and ask them if they can deliver them after 4 PM I've never Heard of a florist that would leave flowers at the doorstep rather than get a signature all the other companies I've dealt with they had to get a signature already and bring the flowers back to the shop for redelivery this company is located in the same city that they were delivering the flowe... read more

I was disappointed to learn that the flower delivery was not at all what I asked. I specifically stated no later than 10 or 11 am due to the birthday recipient would be leaving by noon. When I called and asked what the ETA was, she told me the time would be anywhere from 9 am to 1 pm. Not at all what I would have agreed to.

I mean the first step to having s business, is amazing customer service. I called them on Mother's Day to see if they were still open? And this was at about 7pm and their website said 5pm so I was curious if they were open longer on Mother's Day. Her answer to me? Was laughing through the phone when I asked if they were still open... like seriously? Very professional. Did not go In.

I went in asking for quotes for two corsages for prom. The lady behind the counter gestured toward the open book on the counter. She was pretty rude answering my questions. I will be going somewhere else!

Negative stars for this place!! I just can't believe what a crappy place it was !! A complete rip off ! Flowers were just wilted and over priced ! The idiot lady pulled a fast one on me ! I felt robbed and ripped off !! Over charged for some old flowers that other places would have just thrown out !! I was in a hurry and had no other choice then to just get them !!! nothing would have been better !! But please go there just to see what a joke it is !!

I went here to buy a corsage for the daddy daughter dance tonight. When I called earlier in the day to inquire they told me that it would be no problem to have it ready before the dance and it would be about $18 which was fine. I went and paid and was told to come back at 5:30 to pick it up. It was ready at 5 which I thought was great. When I picked up the corsage I noticed a very small brown spot and tear on the pink rose petal. I though hump ok my daughter will still love it.
