I wish I could give a zero star rating but even that's too much for this florist.I visited this store weeks before Valentine's day just to play it safe and put in an order for a bouquet of ''Sunflowers''.I had called a few days prior to Valentine's day to let them know that I wouldn't be able to pick up the till the day after Valentine's day because I am extremely busy with work any other day.The associate who had helped me on the phone took a note of it and said that it was okay if I did that.I show up on the day that I was... read more

The florist is GREAT!!! at loosing your flowers and then coming up with a lame excuse! I wish I could give them a "ZERO" rating even then that is too high. STAY AWAY! All other reviews here stating they are great must be family and friends.

If I could give this company one star I would. I am beyond angry with the customer service I received through this company. 1st they didn't tell me that they work with a 3rd party company to take payments and orders , The company is called Avas flowers . 2nd My fiance ordered me An arrangement of sunflowers And daisies when they got to my front door they were dead, I immediately called the next day to complain, They kindly sent over A second arrangement for no charge, the issue was They died within 6 hours just like the 1... read more

Terrible place. Terrible management, clueless employees, and a hell of a wait. My order was not ready on time and when I finally did receive it, they had messed it up and had to start all over. I don't recommend this place at all.

Horrible service, owner did not have shop open in time and employee had to call another florist To provide me the roses I ordered. I do not recommend this place at all.... I felt so bad for the employee she could not even get into the store.

First time using this florist and already a bad experience. I never received the flowers. Husband had ordered them a week in advance for Valentine's Day and it was all for nothing. He called them to get updates, but got either a busy signal or went to voicemail. He tried emailing them as well and didn't get any updates prior to their automated email stating it was "delivered". DONT USE THIS FLORIST!!! I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day on their website, received an order confirmation, but nothing was delivered. Tried contacting them through their website and also by phone, the phone went to voicemail saying they're closed. Hopeless. I'll be sure to pass the word around for people not to use this florist.

Never again will I use this shop. No answer, closed early in Valentine's Day??? WTF what a disappointment I'm out of town and this my only chance to get my Wife an arrangement. Sorry Hunny will have to make up for service. To top it all out order in last week!

I was not pleased with the final product that was delivered. When I spoke on the phone, I did say it was ok to use different flowers if necessary. My disappointment is with the arrangement itself. It looks like someone grabbed a bunch of flowers and greenery and stuck it in a vase. This was not professionally arranged. If my sister, (who lives 3,000 mile away) did not post a pic of her delivery on Facebook, I would have never known that she received such a terrible arrangement.
