I only went in here to pick up an arrangement that was supposed to be delivered to my home. I walked in and there was a couple purchasing some sympathy gifts. I was not even remotely acknowledged until I had stood there for about 10 minutes. Eventually another employee came out of the back and asked if she could help me. Worst flower purchasing experience of my life. First off, selection is nearly nothing, which is fine. I understand if it's hard to keep inventory. But this had to be the worst service of any shop in the area. I was in a pinch so I didn't have many options, but I will regret it for the rest of my life. The old guy working the counter was so cold, unsympathetic and rude. He wouldn't even let me fill out my own sympathy card. He told me I should only put "sorry for your loss" and nothing more.
