Love this florist. They do a great job of making arrangements. I've been using them for decades
Beautiful flowers were delivered quickly and exactly what I ordered. The new Mom loved them! I would not hesitate to use this florist again.
Customer service at this florist is top notch. I purchased roses here last Friday for my wife's birthday and they still look awesome. I recommend this florist over all other florist's hands down.
The people at Waterford Hill were so caring and supportive as my sister and I picked out flowers for my mother's funeral. The selection process, quality of flowers, and caring made a hard time a little more beautiful. My mom would have loved the flowers as much as we did.

I had made purchases back in the 1980's before we moved away. We are back and I ordered a flower arrangement for my mother's 87th birthday. The arrangement was absolutely amazing! Sent a bouquet to the lady at the bank who went above and beyond for me, even staying an hour past closing time. She called to thank me and then called again 2 weeks later to tell me the flowers still looked as beautiful as the day they were delivered. I'm now a favorite customer. Worth every penny and then some.

I live out of state and wanted to have some flowers delivered for my mom's anniversary of being cancer free. The woman I talked to was so nice, I explained what I wanted and how this is really big deal for my mom. Despite being 1200+ miles away she did a perfect job executing my vision for the flowers. Ordered flowers today to be delivered to my sister in Waterford, who is home recovering from a serious health crisis. Covid living has made the distance between us in Toronto, and she in Michigan a challenge during her difficult time.
