On a whim, I stopped here on the way home to lay some flowers down for my kitty who recently died. I asked for one stem of white lillies. She brought this nice bouquet out, that had a water cap on the bottom and wrapped it with care. Was only $10. I couldn't be more happy. The lady at the desk was very nice and really cared a lot. While waiting for the flower to be put together, I looked at the arrangements in the coolers. They had a nice, colorful selection, and everything looked fresh. I will definitely return.

My son had this arrangement sent to me for Mother's Day and it is still beautiful two weeks later! Money well spent. I would recommend this florist.

I called them in a panic. I could not find the perfect arrangement for a funeral. The owner of our company had something specific in mind. And I presented it to the ladies and they ordered exactly what he wanted. I then proceed to give them a paragraph he had given me to put on the tiny card. They said they would figure something out no worries. They may have saved my job, not really, but they went above and beyond to help me. Great experience for sure!!

I have purchased flowers from Waterford Hill Florist at least eight times (both online and in the store) and the service has been nothing short of excellent! I highly recommend this establishment.

I ordered about 11:15 the day before Thanksgiving. I asked for the SunFlower Centerpiece arrangement to be delivered. The photo of T170-1B showed a flat centerpiece with a hurricane class coverage of a candle in the center. The person who took the order said they had the hurricane glass, but only one sunflower. Fine with me. I did not care about the sunflower and wanted the fall mums for the dinner table and the glass to protect the candle from from falling over or blowing out. Very disappointing!!!!! Buy flowers online, have sent to my beautiful wife. She receives them but the rose's were dying. She took back lady was mean and said there not dying there opening. Wife stated look at them there dying. My wife said you can put new roses in or refund money. Lady grab flowers and replaced roses with mini roses and just stuff them in middle of bouquet. I will never buy flowers here again and hope no else does.

I used Waterford Hill Florist & Greenhouse for the first and last time, I ordered flowers for a funeral. I was actually embarrassed by the arrangement. The ONLY thing even remotely resembling what I ordered was the bow on the vase. I emailed my sentiments, and as of yet have heard nothing.
